Website information
Content is provided in good faith and may be updated. Product color can vary by screen and production batch.
Retail orders
An order is confirmed only after product availability, destination, shipping cost and payment are accepted.
Custom projects
Specifications, artwork rights, samples, tolerances, quantities, schedule, payment and delivery terms are defined in the written quotation and order confirmation.
Intellectual property
Customers must have the right to use submitted logos and artwork. GIMOSA designs remain protected unless otherwise agreed in writing.
